Ameriprint decorates your apparel and promo items, keeps your stock on our shelves in Sun Prairie and picks, packs and ships orders on demand: to employees, locations, events or customers. We pull your items, pack them and ship them: one package to one person, or a bulk drop to an office, job site or event. Orders for stocked inventory received by 12 PM CT ship the next business day. Made-on-demand items ship within 10 business days. Postage is billed at cost + 10%.
Most programs work best as a mix. Your company store can offer two kinds of items side by side:

Three ways to run your program. Rates are published so you can plan your budget. Every program has a $150 one-time program setup fee, and postage is billed at cost + 10% on every program. Lead times are counted from the date of art approval. Contact us for current lead times.

Buy $25,000 or more in products from Ameriprint over the past 12 months and storage is on us for up to 1 pallet plus 1 shelf section, up to 12 months per item. Storage beyond that is billed at standard Stock & Ship rates ($4.50/bin, $15/shelf section, $45/pallet per month). We review qualification quarterly. After the one-time $150 program setup fee, you pay only pick & pack and postage, plus any storage beyond the free allowance and the Company Store fee ($35/month) if you have a store. Only product purchases count toward the $25,000. Storage, handling, pick & pack, store fees and postage don’t count. Ask us whether your program qualifies.
Storage is billed by the space your inventory takes up on our shelves.
Bin ($4.50/month): one standard storage tote, about 24 x 15 x 12 in. It holds roughly 30–40 folded adult tees, 15–20 hoodies or a few hundred small promo items. One item or style per bin.
Shelf section ($15/month): one shelf level on standard 48-in-wide shelving, about 48 x 18–24 in with up to 18–24 in of height. That’s about the space of 4 bins or 2–3 cartons.
Pallet ($45/month): a standard 40 x 48 in pallet stacked up to about 60 in high. A taller pallet counts as two. One pallet can hold several items or styles from the same client, as long as they’re packed in labeled cartons or bins. Goods that arrive unorganized and need to be broken down and restacked are billed as extra labor, quoted as needed.

Who owns the inventory?
You do. Stocked inventory is bought up front, so it belongs to you. We store it and ship it when you ask.
How does reordering work?
Let us know when you want to restock. Because your art is already approved, we confirm items, sizes and quantities, quote the reorder and add the new stock to your inventory once it’s produced.
What are your lead times?
Lead times for new production are counted from the date of art approval. Contact us for current lead times. Once your stock is on our shelves, orders ship from inventory.
How fast do orders ship from my inventory?
Orders for stocked inventory received by 12 PM CT ship the next business day. This applies to shipping items already in storage. It doesn’t apply to new production or made-on-demand items, whose lead times are counted from the date of art approval. Made-on-demand items ship within 10 business days. An order that mixes stocked and made-on-demand items ships together once the made-on-demand items are produced.
Can stocked and made-on-demand items ship in the same order?
Yes. In a hybrid company store, made-on-demand items are produced with your pre-approved art and shipped together with your stocked items in one order.
How are shipping and fulfillment billed?
Postage is billed at cost + 10%. For Stock & Ship or Preferred programs, pick & pack is $3.50 for the first item and $0.60 for each additional item, with a mailer included. A bulk drop to one address is $15 + $0.20 per unit. Company Store All-In includes 2 bins of storage. Storage beyond that is billed at Stock & Ship rates ($4.50/bin, $15/shelf section, $45/pallet per month).

How do I qualify for Preferred free storage?
Preferred is for clients with $25,000 or more in product purchases from Ameriprint over the past 12 months. We review qualification quarterly. Only product purchases count toward the $25,000. Storage, handling, pick & pack, store fees and postage don’t count. Preferred clients get free storage for up to 1 pallet plus 1 shelf section (up to 12 months per item). Storage beyond that is billed at standard Stock & Ship rates ($4.50/bin, $15/shelf section, $45/pallet per month). After the one-time $150 setup fee, they pay only pick & pack and postage, plus any storage beyond the free allowance and the Company Store fee ($35/month) if they have a store.
Is there a minimum or setup fee?
Every program (Stock & Ship, Preferred and Company Store All-In) has a $150 program setup fee. It’s a one-time charge to set up your program, not a per-order fee, and it always applies. The $50 monthly minimum applies to Stock & Ship only. It doesn’t apply to Preferred or Company Store All-In. The minimum covers service fees only; postage is excluded. Receiving is free for goods we decorate. Receiving for goods bought elsewhere is quoted. Long-term storage is billed at +50% for items with no movement in 12 months.
