What is the minimum order for embroidery?

What items can you embroider?
Embroidery works best on polos, hats, jackets and bags, and it’s popular for staff uniforms and corporate branding. Ask us about the specific items you have in mind.
Can my logo be embroidered exactly as it is?
Most logos can. Very small text and fine lines are limited in thread, so we may suggest simplifying small details so your logo stitches cleanly.
What file should I send for embroidery?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or your highest-resolution logo. Include Pantone (PMS) colors if you have them so we can match thread colors.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing?
Embroidery gives a premium, textured look on polos, hats and jackets. Screen printing is usually the better fit for bulk tees with bold, bright colors.
Can I pick up my order, or do you ship?
You can pick up at our Sun Prairie shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For customers outside the area, including Milwaukee, we’ll go over shipping or delivery options when we quote.
