An online store is a branded website where your employees, students and families, players, members or supporters order their own apparel and items in their own sizes. Ameriprint sets up company stores, school spirit wear stores, team stores, and stores for nonprofits, churches, clubs, events and fundraisers. Every item is decorated in our Sun Prairie shop, and we serve Sun Prairie, Madison, Milwaukee and all of Wisconsin. We also serve national companies and can serve customers anywhere in the US.

How an online store works
- Tell us about your group. Use the form above: your organization type (business, school, team or nonprofit), how many people will order, the products and brands you like, your colors, and your logo or brand guidelines.
- We set up your store, free. Your items are added with your approved art, so every order and every reorder matches your look. A store typically takes 1–2 weeks to build.
- Share the link. Your employees, members, families or supporters order exactly what they want, in their own sizes. No more collecting sizes and payments on a spreadsheet.
- We decorate and ship. Orders are produced in our Sun Prairie shop and shipped to individuals, offices, schools, job sites or events. Order-window stores: orders arrive 2–3 weeks after the window closes. Print-on-demand (always-open) stores: orders ship 1–3 weeks after they’re placed.

Optional: managed inventory & fulfillment
Want us to keep your best sellers on our shelves in Sun Prairie and ship them on demand? That’s our optional managed inventory and fulfillment program. It’s the only part with fees:
- Company Store All-In: starting at $35/month + $7/order (up to 3 items, plus $0.75 for each additional item)
- Storage: 2 bins included; more is billed at $4.50/bin, $15/shelf section or $45/pallet per month
- Postage on fulfillment orders: at cost + 10%
- One-time $150 program setup fee for the fulfillment program (charged once, not per order; standard stores have free setup)

How the optional managed program works: stocked and made-on-demand items
With the managed program, a store can offer two kinds of items side by side. We call this a hybrid store:
- Stocked items: your best sellers, bought up front in bulk, stored on our shelves in Sun Prairie and shipped from inventory. You own the stocked inventory. Orders for stocked items received by 12 PM CT ship the next business day.
- Made-on-demand items: produced when someone orders them, using DTF printing or embroidery with your pre-approved art. They’re priced per item, so you don’t have to stock every size or style, and they ship within 10 business days.
An order that mixes stocked and made-on-demand items ships together once the made-on-demand items are produced.
Decorated in our Sun Prairie shop
Items in your store are decorated by the same team that prints the rest of your order: screen printing for bulk tees and hoodies, embroidery for polos, jackets and hats, and DTF and digital printing for full-color designs and made-on-demand items. We serve Sun Prairie, Madison, Milwaukee and all of Wisconsin. We also serve national companies and can serve customers anywhere in the US.
