How ordering works

1. Quote

Tell us your outing date, player count, the items you’re considering and any sponsor logos. Links from our promo catalog help us quote faster.

2. Proof

We confirm the item, colors and logo placement with you before anything is produced.

3. Production

Once the details are approved, we get your order into production and keep you posted. Lead times are counted from the date of art approval.

4. Delivery

Pick up at our Sun Prairie shop, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or we’ll talk through shipping or delivery options when we quote.

What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the item. Contact us for minimums and current lead times on the golf items you have in mind, and we’ll give you a clear quote.

Can you embroider polos and hats for our outing?
Yes. Embroidery gives polos, quarter-zips and hats a polished look that holds up.

Can sponsor logos go on the items?
Yes. Send sponsor logos with your quote request and we’ll confirm how each one will look on the proof.

Can I pick up my order, or do you ship?
You can pick up at our Sun Prairie shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For customers outside the area, we’ll go over shipping or delivery options when we quote.
