Fundraiser planning tips

Lead with your budget. Tell us what you have to spend and we’ll suggest items and quantities that fit.
Recognize sponsors. Event shirts and banners are a natural place to show sponsor logos.
Sell what people want to keep. If you plan to sell items, choose things supporters will use, like apparel and drinkware.
Start early. Event dates are fixed, so reach out as soon as you can. Lead times are counted from the date of art approval. Contact us for current lead times.

Event and volunteer shirts are often the biggest part of a fundraiser order. We decorate them in-house:

Screen printing: bold, durable color for bulk shirt orders

How ordering works

1. Quote

Tell us about your event or campaign, the items you’re considering, rough quantities and your budget. Include sponsor logos if you have them.

2. Proof

We confirm the item, colors and logo placement with you before anything is produced.

3. Production

Once the details are approved, we get your order into production and keep you posted. Lead times are counted from the date of art approval.

4. Delivery

Pick up at our Sun Prairie shop, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, or we’ll talk through shipping or delivery options when we quote.

My very small order inquiry was accepted and executed within a more than reasonable time frame. This single T-shirt will be gifted to my grandson. He bears the same name as a dance troupe participating in the North American Lithuanian Dance Festival in July 2026, which I had the pleasure of being a spectator. Chris is wonderful to work with! He was able to fulfill an order with a varity of products (hats, backpack, winter jackets, fleeces, t-shirts, quarter zip) in varying sizes/colors, both embroidered and screen printed, in just over 1.5 weeks. Can you work within a tight budget?
Yes. Share your budget when you request a quote and we’ll suggest items and quantities that fit it.

What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the item. Contact us for minimums and current lead times on the items you have in mind, and we’ll give you a clear quote.

Can we put sponsor logos on event shirts?
Yes. Send all of the logos with your quote request and we’ll help you plan the layout.

What makes a good donor thank-you gift?
Useful, quality items like drinkware, notebooks or engraved gifts tend to be kept and used.

Can I pick up my order, or do you ship?
You can pick up at our Sun Prairie shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For customers outside the area, we’ll go over shipping or delivery options when we quote.
