Where is Ameriprint Apparel located, and when are you open?
Our shop is at 1708 Sunfield Street, Sun Prairie, WI 53590. We’re open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (608) 837-5010 or email info@ameriprintapparel.com.
How long has Ameriprint been in business?
Ameriprint has been serving Sun Prairie and Wisconsin since 1985. The business started in 1985 and changed its name in 2002.
What services do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF and digital printing, laser engraving, promotional products, online stores for companies, schools, teams and groups, and inventory storage and fulfillment. We also make signs, stickers and banners, and we put together employee appreciation and new-hire onboarding kits, trade show and event giveaways, and holiday corporate gifts.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Sun Prairie and nearby communities such as Cottage Grove, Marshall, DeForest, Windsor and Waunakee. We also work with customers in Madison (Madison’s east side is about a 20-minute drive away) and in the Milwaukee area, and we ship across Wisconsin. We also serve national companies and can serve customers anywhere in the US.

How do I get a quote?
Request a quote at ameriprintapparel.com/contact/ or call (608) 837-5010. Tell us what you need, the quantities and your deadline. Links to your artwork help us quote faster.
Do I need to visit the shop?
No. Quotes, artwork and approvals can all happen by phone or email. You’re welcome to stop by Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, if you’re nearby.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the decoration method and the item. Contact us with your quantities and deadline and we’ll give you a clear quote.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround is quoted in business days, counted from art approval. Shipping time is separate from production, so tell us your event or in-hands date when you ask for a quote.
Can I pick up my order, or do you ship?
You can pick up at our Sun Prairie shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For customers outside the area, including Milwaukee, we’ll go over shipping or delivery options when we quote.
What artwork file should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) work best. Include Pantone (PMS) colors if you have them. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our graphics team can help clean it up.
Decoration methods
Should I choose screen printing, embroidery or DTF?
Screen printing is usually best for larger orders with bold, solid colors, mostly on cotton tees and sweatshirts. Embroidery gives polos, hats, jackets and bags a premium, textured look and is popular for staff uniforms. DTF and digital printing are best for full-color art, photos, gradients, small runs and personalized items.
Can my logo be embroidered?
Most logos can. Embroidery works best on polos, hats, jackets and bags. Very small text and fine lines are limited in thread, so we may suggest simplifying small details so your logo stitches cleanly. Send a vector file or your highest-resolution logo, with Pantone (PMS) colors if you have them.
Do you offer laser engraving?
Yes. We laser engrave drinkware and tumblers, awards and recognition gifts, leather goods, acrylic gifts and displays, and corporate and personalized gifts.
Online stores and fulfillment
What is an online store for a company, school or team?
An online store is a branded website where your employees, students and families, players, members or supporters order their own items and sizes. We set up company stores, school spirit wear stores, team stores, and stores for nonprofits, churches, clubs, events and fundraisers. Setup is free with no extra charges for standard stores. Stores can stay open year-round or close on a set date, they can use gift cards or coupon codes, and fundraising is available on school, team and group stores.
How much does an online store cost?
Standard online stores for companies, schools, teams and groups have free setup and no extra charges. You pay for the products ordered. Fees apply only if you add our optional managed inventory and fulfillment program: Company Store All-In starts at $35/month plus $7/order (up to 3 items, plus $0.75 for each additional item), postage is billed at cost + 10%, 2 storage bins are included, and that program has a one-time $150 setup fee.
Can our school, team or group use a store for fundraising?
Yes. Fundraising is available on school, team and group stores, including nonprofits, churches, clubs and events. Contact us for details.
How long does it take to set up an online store and get orders?
A store typically takes 1–2 weeks to build. Order-window stores: orders arrive 2–3 weeks after the window closes. Print-on-demand (always-open) stores: orders ship 1–3 weeks after they’re placed. Both can be faster, depending on how busy our shop is.
Can you store our branded inventory and ship it for us?
Yes. We decorate your apparel and promo items, keep the stock on our shelves in Sun Prairie, and pick, pack and ship on demand to employees, locations, events or customers. You own the stocked inventory. Orders for stocked items received by 12 PM CT ship the next business day.
