Screen Printed and Embroidered Garments

MINIMUMS
Our minimum quantity for customization is 12 pieces. All of these items would require the same treatment to each. But you can assort the type of items that you would like customized. For example, if you would like to screen print the front of garments you can choose any combination of 12 items, i.e. T-shirts, longsleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
CATALOGS
We offer two online catalogs for your convenience; Sportswear Collection and Company Casuals. Feel free to browse through both. You will find many garments that we are able to screen print or embroider. Please e -mail your request for a price quote.

FLYERS and ORDER FORMS
Many of our school customers take advantage of flyers that we are able to create for them. If you are interested in having us customize a flyer for you, please feel free to contact us. An example is shown below.
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR SCREEN PRINTING
We have a large volume of artwork on file that you can choose from. We can edit any of these designs to your specifications. Simply choose the design number and let us know what your specifications are. You may e-mail your requests.
For submitted artwork, Ameriprint 's art department accepts electronic artwork via e-mail or disk media. We accept VECTOR artwork only. We use Adobe Illustrator, working version 10. We are not able to use BITMAP files, METAFILES, or PAGE LAYOUT files. Files can be sent via e-mail, on diskette or CD-ROM. All elements must be Black & White without grayscales. Editing charges on artwork is charged out a $30.00 per hour with a minimum of $10.00.
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR EMBROIDERY
Artwork requirements for embroidery are more flexible than for screen printing. Thus, we can accept a wide variety of image formats.
